A mixed use development built around the automotive theme. The development will bring in under one roof all activities and facilities associated with the purchase and servicing of all types of vehicles including testing, registration, auction etc. The development is currently in the pre-concept design stages, and will be built on·a 1.8 million m2 site. The project will feature commercial offices, showrooms, retail, workshops, driving schools, testing track, testing centers and other supporting ancillary services. Phase 1 completion is expected in 2013
